Welcome!

As a Registered Dietitian, I often get asked similar questions regarding nutrition and food: "What is a good breakfast?"  "Should I use butter or margarine?"  "Is coconut oil really healthy?"

Everyday a new diet fad is on the news, food labeling laws are always changing, and celebrities advocate their own diet regimens. Figuring out what the best choices are can be tough!

My vision for this site is to help you sort through what you see and hear. A healthful diet should not leave you feeling limited, but empower you to feel better and make the most out of your life.

I hope to provide you with practical tips on bettering your diet and health, with the understanding that food should still taste good and eating should still be enjoyable!
